Key Project 1: Cold Heading Machine

Cold heading forging is carried out at room temperature, so it has strong deformation resistance to materials and also imposes a large load on molds, thus requiring high-precision mold design capabilities. Our company's cold heading technology has reached the level of producing high-strength products while ensuring surface roughness and precise dimensions, and can guarantee stable product quality, low manufacturing costs, and fast production speed.

The multi-station cold heading machine, which can produce a variety of products of different shapes through continuous and uninterrupted production from raw materials to finished products, is capable of manufacturing products with through holes up to 100mm deep with our unique proprietary technology.

As can be seen from the above figure, the metal fiber flow direction of cut products is linear, while that of cold forged products is curved. The cold forged fiber structure has better impact resistance and optimized product fatigue strength compared with the cut fiber structure.
